WA landholding makes debut on SQM discount list
A three-hectare landholding in Western Australia has come onto SQM Research's most discounted list. Although the property includes a two-bedroom, two-bathroom house, it is primarily a rural property and not exactly comparable to the other properties on the list. The acreage was listed in April 2011 with prices hopes of $5.5 million, but has recently had a $2 million knocked off its price tag.
