The REIV has released Melbourne's most affordable suburbs according to their median price.

The lowest median comes from Wyndham Vale, 31 kilometres southwest of the Melbourne CBD.

You can get a three bedroom home at 4 Bligh Place (above) in Wyndham Vale, which is available for between $330,000 and $350,000.


Cranbourne also have a few offerings for lower than the median price, with a three bedroom home with pool (above) on the market for $330,000.

4. Werribee - $380,000

5. Pakenham - $383,000

6. Hoppers Crossing - $410,000

7. Tarneit - $415,000

8. Craigieburn - $417,000

9. Frankston - $426,000

10. Mernda - $427,000
