A four bedroom Vermont South house available for $480 per week at 6 Pinoak Court was featured in the TV show ‘Neighbours’.

It features four bedrooms all with built in robes while the master bedroom has its own ensuite.

A lounge and separate dining area is available as are a kitchen with gas cooking and dishwasher.

Docking Real Estate property management agent Mark Week said he believed the home had been vacant since it was bought in 1998 for $238,000.

“The Neighbours people have used it for storage, and for the bathrooms,” he said.

“Apart from that, it’s a typical four-bedroom home in an average court.”

“There’s nothing startling or up-market about it, and we haven’t advertised it as a Neighbours house,” Mr Week said.

“We weren’t sure if we’d get every man and his dog there.”

Mr Week said there would be special conditions attached to the rental agreement, but there would be no filming indoors.

“It’s not invasive and they only film there two to three times per week,” he said.

Other features includes additional parking and double lock up garage.

Shops, cafes and public transport are all within close proximity.

The property is being offered through Docking Real Estate agent Bridgette Erzeren.
