Units in Adelaide $1000 cheaper than units in Hobart: CoreLogic

Adelaide units are a $1000 cheaper compared to Hobart, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that Adelaide units average at $323,000 compared to Hobart’s $324,000 in private treaty sales.

However Hobart is the cheapest place to purchase a house with a median price of $366,000.

Sydney remains the most expensive place to purchase a property with houses averaging at $950,000 and units at $738,000.

A one bedroom unit at 901/102 – 105 North Terrace, Adelaide (above) has been listed for $310,000.

Similarly a two bedroom unit at 601/235 Pirie Street, Adelaide (below) has been listed for $300,000.
