UBS's Guy Fowler sells Bilgola headland weekender

Guy Fowler, who heads investment at the merchant bank, UBS has sold his Bilgola headland weekender following its mid-week auction.

But the price has been withheld by selling agent David Watson of LJHooker Avalon who was advising inspectees of $3.4 million plus hopes pre-auction.

Set on The Serpentine with infinity edge pool overlooking the sandy beach, the four bedroom property last traded in 2004 for $3.9 million when bought from Bill and Lesley Barry-Cotter.

Guy and his wife Anita live in the record setting $11.5 million Killara property, Deepdene having sold in Pymble for $6 million last year.
