It was last sold in 1993 for $125,000.

The interior features two bedrooms and one bathroom along with lounge/dining living space that opens up to the balcony with views.

It was marketed as having fly screens fitted to all sliding windows and doors.

There was a large lockable garage.

The property is in close proximity to public transport and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.

The property was offered through Ray White agent Mark MacGillivray.
