Located at 82 Turrella Street, the home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an outdoor bbq area with a gazebo, an in-ground pool, and a lock-up double garage.
The complete block comprises of 403 square metres.
It previously traded in 2003, when it sold for $650,000. The swimming pool was constructed the following year.
Turrella’s median house price is 1,040,000.
