Townsville's house rental vacancy trend remains steady: HTW
Staff reporterDecember 7, 2016
The balanced Townsville property market was beginning to show signs of an oversupply of houses relative to demand, according to Herron Todd White’s latest report.
The property advisory firm says that Townsville’s rental vacancy trend is steady while there is a fair demand for new houses.
Both the trend in new houses being built and the volume of houses being sold remain steady.
Currently Townsville’s housing market is at the bottom while new properties are almost never sold at prices that exceed their potential resale value.
