Top 10 discount in Queensland records 37% price revision after 419 days on the market: SQM

The biggest change on the SQM top 10 discounted listings this week was a price revision from $520,000 to $499,000 at Morayfield in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

The three-bedroom rural property was initially listed in October 2011 at $790,000.

"This makes its total discounts amount to $291,000 – 37% in percentage terms," SQM's Louis Christopher notes.

He suggests the after 419 days on the sales market, the vendors will be hoping that this most recent price decrease will attract some serious buyer interest.
