The Dubbo housing market has been described as peaking by Herron Todd White.

The Dubbo house median price sits at around $322,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

 

1. 416 Macquarie Street, DUBBO 2830 (above)

Sold for $317,000 in October after 33 days on the market.

The then unrenovated four bedroom property was last sold for $240,000 in 2012 after 83 days on the market. 

Laura Holland, the selling agent from Raine & Horne was seeking offers over $299,000 for the property. 

 

2. 21 Doncaster Avenue, DUBBO 2830 (above)

Sold for $313,000 in September.

The three bedroom, one bathroom property spent only 16 days on the market.

The home was priced for offers over $300,000 by selling agents Raine & Horne.

 

 

3. 68 Lakeside Circuit, DUBBO 2830 (above)

Sold for $770,000 in September.

Last traded in 2011 for $169,000 as land.

The selling agent Raine & Horne was seeking offers over $745,000.

It was only on the market for 15 days when the average in Dubbo is 68 days.
