Located at 13 Wilde Street, the 1022 square metre property was marketed as suitable for investors.

It last sold for $280,000 in 2013.

There are three bedrooms available along with a kitchen.

Other features includes a single lock up carport and lockup garage.

Shops, cafes and public transport are all within close proximity of the property.

The property was offered through Elders Real Estate agents Ramin Bay and Jacob Cantlin.
