A Clarkson home in WA has been sold by mortgagees for $336,000.

It was sold by the agency Buy My Place having last trader for $343,500 in 2012.

The Dewar Mews house came with three bedrooms, gardens in the front and rear and above ground pool.

The home is close to the Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, Clarkson Train Station, and a variety of primary and high schools.

According to CoreLogic, the median house price sits on $400,000.
