It sold for $307,000 through Century 21 Southwest Fairfield agent Nick Dilles to an owner occupier.

It last sold at $175,000 in 2009, having sold for even more in boom time 2004 at $195,000.

It was available for rent at a $260 asking rent of a week in 2011. It was most recently rented at $290 a week.

It had two large bedrooms, large lounge/ dining area, eat-in kitchen, internal laundry, plus one bathroom.
