Sydney's five prestige suburbs with 100 percent clearance rate
Sales of Sydney prestige property has been strong over the last month with five suburbs netting a 100 percent clearance rate.
The median sale price in the Sydney prestige market was $3,050,000 last week, according to Domain, up from the previous week's figure of $2,875,000 and 28.9 percent higher than the same week last year.
The top five prestige suburbs in Sydney with a 100 percent clearance rate was Killara (median of $2,392,500), Bondi (median of $3,250,000), Waverley (median of $2,006,000), Castle Cove (median of $2,770,000) and Greenwich (median of $2,595,000).
Property Observer found a five bedroom house in Killara, 66 Springdale Road (above), that recently sold for $5,450,000.
The home is on a 1,906m2 site with 35m frontage and was built in in 1904.
A five bedroom home in Bondi, 10 Rockley Street, (above) sold for $3.3 million.
it sits on a hilltop 335sqm of land.
A four bedroom home in Waverley, 9 Langlee Avenue (above), sold in February for $3,536,000.
A Castle Cove home, 138 Deepwater Road (above), sold in February for $4 million. The four bedroom home has bushland and water views.
