Sydney total listings rises by 16%: CoreLogic

Sydney has the highest growth in total property listings, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that over the past 12 months the number of total listings has risen by 16.1%.

Canberra takes second place with a total listing rise of 6.7%.

However Darwin takes top spot for the highest growth in new fresh listings with 15.8% growth in the past 12 months, albeit a very small offering.

Hobart has biggest decline of total listings with a decline of 31.7% in the past 12 months.

A four bedroom house at 27 Daraya Road, Marayong, NSW (above) has been listed for between $795,000 to $845,000.

A three bedroom house at 2 Nicole Place, Winmalee, NSW (below) has been listed for $679,000.
