Sydney property losses at record lows: CoreLogic Pain & Gain Sydney

 A near record low 1.9 percent of Sydney homes resold at a loss over the final quarter of 2015, according to CoreLogic RP Data's latest Pain & Gain report.

The report found no council area in the city had more than 5.0 percent of homes resold at a loss over the quarter.

Camden (0.4 percent), Willoughby (0.4 percent) and Auburn (0.5 percent) council areas had the lowest proportions of loss-making resales for the period. Botany Bay (4.5 percent), North Sydney (4.0 percent) and Mosman (3.6 percent) had the highest.
