The iconic Italianate trophy home Swinton in Kew, was reported by Fairfax Media to be under offer through listing agent Abercromby’s Jock Langley, but this weekend's open for inspection is still scheduled on websites.

The 1850s Swinton, with its distinctive white tower, atop undulating lawns on 2103 sqm overlooking the Yarra River, could command about $10 million, Fairfax Media speculated.
