Sunshine Coast weakest regional region with 56% auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

Geelong is the regional regions with the highest auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s weekly report.

The property advisory firm says that out of the 32 auctions known to CoreLogic in Geelong 71% of them were sold.

This is followed by Wollongong with 68% and the Hunter with 64%.

The Sunshine Coast was the region with the lowest auction clearance rate with only 56% of its 25 auctions known to CoreLogic sold under the hammer.
