The Sydney home of late entertainer Stuart Wagstaff has been listed for July 4 auction.
Wagstaff died in March this year aged 90.
The eighth floor apartment at 33/37-45 Barry St, Neutral Bay has two bedrooms, along with a large entertaining balcony with views of the city.
Raine & Horne Neutral Bay selling agent David Buttel said $950,000-plus was expected for the 106 square metre Kentwood block offering with car space.
It was his home for eight years, paying $660,000 in 2007 in the 1978 Mirvac-built complex.
