Stockbroker Robert Fiani has $5.8 million hopes for his Bondi Beach sub-penthouse in the Beach House through Raine & Horne agent Paul Langsam.

There were $6 million hopes on its recent campaign that failed through McGrath agent Steven Chen.

Robert Fiani bought the apartment in late 2012 for $4,325,000.

Robert Fiani, of the stockbroking firm Morgans, had the Investec-built three-bedroom apartment with 242 square metre living space, briefly available for $3,400 a week rental earlier this year.

Fiani also owns another apartment which was bought similiarly off the plan for $3.495 million.
