Mortgagees have sold a property in North Queensland's South Mission Beach.

The $135,000 sale was a modest, low set twin pavilion-style home in good condition.

It was designed for future expansion as needed.

Backing on to rainforest reserve, the one bedroom offering is located less than 400 metres to "the best beach in North Queensland".

It sits on a 805 square metre level block

It was two pavilions linked by covered deck/breezeway.

"This is a perfect place to escape for a weekend of fishing and boating, rainforest walks, or just relax on the beach and enjoy the peaceful surroundings," marketing agent Grahame Anderson said.
