Sekisui House seeks summer buyers with aircon deal

Developers Sekisui House are attempting to tempt January buyers with a special summer offer, though the Sydney weather hasn't been too overheated of late.

The home builders are offering fully ducted air conditioning and $3,000 cash back for New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory homes from their Aurora, Blueprint and Arise collections.

To be eligible, buyers must have paid an initial proposal fee between 1 January and 31 January 2015, with the specifications of the air conditioning dependent on the type of house selected.

On offer is an Actron fully Ducted reverse cycle air‐conditioning system, including installation, 3 phase power (up to 6m underground electrical connection), external concrete pad and truss strengthening if required.

The offer includes 2 or 3 zones only depending on standard house type.

Once Sekisui House has commenced construction on the new package, they'll give eligible buyers $3,000 cash back. The offer doesn't apply to house and land packages or homes with granny flats.

Sekisui House originated in Japan and has thus far invested $1.5 billion in their Australian ventures.
