A Sans Souci, New South Wales mortgagee home has sold for $665,000.

The sales follows a late August auction and a previous unsuccessful marketing campaign that ran from August 2018 to February 2019 when the home wasn't advertised as a mortgagee sale.

Rod Mumford of Belle Property managed the latest marketing and auction campaign.

Situated at 1/410-420 Rocky Point Road, the abode comprises a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with one garage space.

Featuring 90 square metres of internal space, the home is positioned on the first floor of the complex which is host to the Sans Souci Medical Practice in Suite 225.

Built in 2008, the home was advertised during the first campaign with a price guidance of $720,000 - $760,000, which was reduced to $650,000 by the end of the campaign.

The home last sold in 2008 for $410,000.

The median sale price for an apartment in Sans Souci is $780,000 according to the latest CoreLogic data.
