Sandra Levy sells to director Catherine Livingstone
The three bedroom Redfern terrace of the film and television producer Sandra Levy has been sold for $1.89 million through Nick Gill at Bresic Whitney.
The terrace was bought by the Business Council of Australia president, Catherine Livingstone and chartered accountant husband Michael Satterthwaite who've quickly secured a $1300 weekly rental for their second investment terrace in the suburb.
Levy who paid $1.42 million in 2010 is off to the Jasper, St Margarets complex in Surry Hills.
Great Buckingham Street was described in the marketing as the suburb's best street.
