Ryde scores 90 percent auction clearance rate over weekend: CoreLogic

Ryde had the highest weekend auction clearance rate in Sydney, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 33 auctions in Ryde 90.9 percent resulted in a successful outcome.

This is followed by the Inner West with 88 percent and North Sydney and Hornsby with 81 percent.

Blacktown had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 55.6 percent of its auctions cleared.

A four bedroom house at 9 Niara Street, Ryde (above) was sold for $1.51 million.

Similarly a two bedroom apartment at 3/1 Beazley Street, Ryde (below) was sold for $828,000.
