Ryde holds 100% auction clearance rate: CoreLogic RP Data

The Sydney region of Ryde held an auction clearance rate of 100% during the week ending 26 July with a total of 36 auctions.

The Inner South West region had a clearance rate of 84.4% from 158 auctions, according to the CoreLogic RP Data Property Market Summary.

Sydney had a combined clearance rate of 82.7% from 841 total auctions.

Baulkham Hills and the Hawkesbury region held 33 auctions with a clearance rate of 58.8%.
