A Ruskin Rowe & Elmes international style home at Pymble fetched $4.7 million at weekend auction.

It last traded at $1.15 million in 1998.

Scott Chadwick at Chadwick's Real Estate described the home as "incredible."

Set over 2,900 square metres, it has five bedrooms as well as a separate self-contained accommodation. 

It comes with a tennis court.
