The weekend's cheapest Sydney sale was a two bedroom $273,000 Rosemeadow villa.
It last sold at $172,000 in 2008, reflecting 8% annual growth.
It was available for rent at $275 a week on its 2008 sale.
The 4/52 Julius Road sale was through Richardson & Wrench Campbelltown agent Russell Wyer.
RP Data gives the suburb's median house price as a record $375,000 and a record $320,000 for the median unit price.
