A home in Berserker, a suburb of Rockhampton in Queensland, has been sold by the mortgagee in possession.

The home, described as one for the entertainer, fetched $189,000 when sold earlier this week.

Set on 1010 sqm, the home has three bedrooms and a swimming pool but needs 'some TLC to bring it up to its full potential' suggests the marketing.

Nikki Skinner at Century21 Solutions sold the home.

It last traded for $128,000 in 2007.
