Richmond tops ladder for most auctions: REIV

Richmond is Melbourne's most active inner ring auction suburb, according to the REIV.

South Yarra ranked second, nine auctions fewer, in the top 10 auction suburbs in inner Melbourne are as follows (as at 6 July 2014).

Last weekend Richmond's highest price was 19 Charlotte Street (pictured above) sold at $1,363,000.

The cheapest was $390,000 at 2/16 Rowena Street for a one bedroom unit.
