There is a new suburb record in Chatswood following the $3.87 million sale of a single level home at 6 Tryon Street.

The five-bedroom house on 892sq m was sold through Isabella Yan from Shead Property Chatswood.

The renovated period home bettered the previous residential suburb record at 20 Tulip Street, which sold last year for $3.7 million.
