Located at 10 Lipscomb Place, the 707 sqm property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac block.

Built in 1972 the property was last sold in 2004 for $253,000.

It features a front porch with views of the garden as well as an open plan living and dining area.

There is also a large master bedroom with four door ceiling-to-floor sliding door robe as well as two additional bedrooms with new mirrored robes.

The bathroom has also been renovated and features a new shower screen and wall tiling.

The property was offered through Ray White agent Stephanie Hendry.

A four bedroom house at 8 Aaron Place, MacGregor (below) was recently sold for $600,000.

Built in 1975 the 886 sqm property last sold for $224,000 in 2002.

A four bedroom house at 5 Gaggin Place, MacGregor (below) has been listed for $599,000 plus.

Built in 1973 the 1034 sqm property last sold in 2011 for $432,000.

A three bedroom house at 52 Dagmar Berne Street, MacGregor (below) has been listed for $425,000 plus.

Built in 2008 the 485 sqm property's land was sold in 2007 for $320,000.
