A frame style timber cottage it consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge room downstairs.

Two bedrooms with air conditioning are located upstairs.

Front verandah offers views to the north of Lockyer Valley.

Other features of the property include two steel sheds.

Set minutes from the growing Plainland precinct and shops, it was last sold in 2010 for $276,000.

The property was offered through Elders Real Estate agent Darryl Muckert.
