The Ray White Parramatta sales team notched up a strong month for new listings, private treaty sales and a 100% auction clearance rate.
"Auction results will always deliver a clear and measurable reflection of the strength and heat of the market," the office noted.
There were two new suburb records within their results:
- 17 Irving Street, Parramatta: $1,625,000 (pictured above)
- 72 Chelmsford Street, South Wentworthville: $1,325,000
"With interest rates at historical low levels and lack of property on the market, March looks like continuing the current demand and competition for city apartments and family homes in the Parramatta district," it concluded.
