The film producer turned passionate property developer Rebel Penfold-Russell has secured the first sale within  six prestige apartments in her North Bondi development, Coast.

The near-beachfront apartments each come with $5.5 million plus asking prices.

The $5.5 million first sale was a ground floor three bedroom apartment which had 187 square metres internal plus 125 square metres external space on title of the Ramsgate Avenue offering through McGrath. There are now just three remaining for sale given Penfold-Russell's desire to keep two.

Property Observer understands the initial ground floor apartment was bought by a local buyer.

Coast, on the Ben Buckler North Bondi headland, has been recently completed, the first new apartment project in 40 years on the iconic Ben Buckler Bondi Headland.
