Ralph Sarich, the inventive automotive engineer, and wife, Patricia have sold their Eagle Bay, WA retreat for $4 million, having been asking $4.95 million.

The 2003 home sits on an 18 hectare holding on the Cape Naturaliste headland at the western edge of the Geographe Bay.

With a bush track to Meelup Beach, the property was a productive olive grove and hardwood tree plantation, along with a few red globe table grapes in production too.

It sold to the Gasbarri family having been listed through the Stocker Preston agency inconjunction with William Porteous Properties International.
