A prime retail shop in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD has been listed for sale with price expectations north of $3.1million.

Fashion retailer Bell & Barnett currently leases the shop, at 261 Little Collins Street, and pays an annual rent of $280,800 plus GST.

The shop is about 114 square metres in size and is already said to be attracting strong interest from investors and owner-occupiers. The shop goes under the hammer on 18 October. It is being marketed through CBRE Melbourne agents Josh Rutman, Ed Wright and Mark Wizel.
