A Cape Paterson, Victora mortgagee home has been sold at a $2 dollar loss.

The three bedroom, two bathroom house sold for $385,000 last month, a reduction of mere $2 dollars on it's October 2017 sale price of $385,002.

Marni Lee Redmond and Jo Ginn of Alex Scott & Staff Real Estate held the listing.

Situated at 4 Anglers Road, the home features two off-street parking spaces and ocean views.

Set on 512 sqm, the 1990 built house was last listed as a rental in 2011 at $450/pw.

Preceding the 2017 sale, the abode sold for $277,500 in 2007.

The median price for a house in Cape Paterson is $469,000 according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as 4%.
