A Piara Waters, West Australia mortgagee home is now under offer following an increase in the asking price.

Originally seeking $505,000 when listed in early January, home is now listed for $545,000.

Cameron Wilson of the Proffessionals is marketing the four bedroom, two bathroom house.

Situated at 30 Medawar Loop, the abode was built in 1950.

It last sold for $340,000 in late 2006.

Set on 502 sqm, the listing notes, "there are solar panels on the roof and the lawns are dead."

The median price for a house in Piara Waters is $471,000 according to CoreLogic data.
