A Newport beachfront house at 7 Myola Road is a spectacular fusion of timber, copper, bronze, steel and concrete.

It was created by the local architect Peter Stutchbury about a decade ago for the businesswoman Eriko Kinoshita, who co-founded Yoga Aid International.

Stutchbury's three bedroom, three bathroom property replace the one she had lived in with her family since 1992.

The property comes with lap pool surrounded by award-winning Japanese gardens.

Agent Glenn Lee, of Raine and Horne Palm Beach, expects around $11 million.
