Perth home values fall 3.4% over past year: CoreLogic

Perth’s home value have declined over the last 12 months, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that Perth’s home values are down by 3.4% over this time period.

This is in contrast to Sydney’s home value which has increased by 18.5%.

Adelaide has seen the second lowest home value change over the last 12 months, with values increasing by 2.7%.
