Perth home values decline by 3% over past 12 months: CoreLogic

Perth is the only locality where home values have declined over the past year, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that in the past 12 months Perth’s home values has declined by 3.2%.

This is not helped by the weekly decline of 0.6% or its monthly decline of 0.7%.

Melbourne scores the highest 12 month growth in home values with an increase of 15.4%.

Sydney trails behind Melbourne with a 12 month growth of 11.6%.
