Adelaide's $100 million, 28 storey 210 apartment development Vue on King William is the state's tallest residential building following its official opening by Deputy Premier, John Rau. 

More than 400 new residents are expected to move in over the coming weeks.

Vue features a six level podium, recessed roof top garden, pool deck, recreation centre and 22 level glass frontage and was designed by architects Woods Bagot.

Vue on King William is a joint venture between Adelaide-based Starfish Developments and Melbourne-based Asian Pacific Group.

One split level penthouse is on the market worth around $2 million. It features 240sqm of living space including 100 square metres of entertaining space, 3-bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car parks, high quality fixtures and fittings and market-leading European appliances. 

It has its own rooftop private outdoor entertaining terrace incorporating a built-in kitchen fully equipped with a stainless steel BBQ, range-hood, stone bench tops and built in fridge.
