Patchdale, the Burradoo residence of veteran radio operative George Buschman and his wife Belinda has been listed for sale.

The four bedroom, four bathroom retreat sits on 6200 square metres of landscaped grounds.

The Boost Media executive chairman paid $2.85 million when it was bought from veteran finance commentator Bryan Frith and his wife Faye in 2008.

Drew Lindsay and Karl Zabel of Drew Lindsay Real Estate have given it an asking price of $3.5 million.
