It was sold by Meg Meadows from LJ Hooker and now available for rent at $320 a week.

Nestled on a 584 square metre block, the 6 Turtur Drive house features three bedrooms, lounge, dining and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Outside there is a rear verandah, carport and toolshed.

It was last traded for $179,5000 in 2007.

The suburb's median house price sits on $303,500, according to CoreLogic.
