Paddington secures Brisbane's highest weekend sale

Brisbane's most expensive sale at the weekend's auction was the $2 million sale of the 1925 home, Dewrang in Paddington.

The family home at 38 Brindle Street had an annual appreciation of 4.43% having been spruced up since last traded for $1.391 million in 2007. 

Sold by Daniel Argent of Urban Property Agents, the five bedroom family home has a private study and a numerous courtyards and terraces.

The 1062 sqm residence also features an in-ground pool amid lush landscaped gardens.

The family friendly area is surrounded by schools and childcare whilst located just three kilometres from Brisbane's CBD.
