Outer East Melbourne area scores highest auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The Outer East region of Melbourne scored the highest auction weekend clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 76 auctions in the Outer East region 84.2 percent resulted in a successful outcome.

This was followed by the Inner East with 82 percent and the North East with 79.4 percent.

The Inner region had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 65.5 percent of its auctions cleared.

A three bedroom house at 81 David Street North, Knoxfield (above) was sold for $1.505 million.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 3 Azalea Court, Knoxfield (below) was sold for $925,000.
