The 46 luxury residences at 525 High Street, exceeding a residential value of $45 million, have sold out in less than 12 weeks in Prahran East Village.

The 525 High Street project is seven-storey building.

It attracted particular attention from downsizers, empty-nesters, and professional couples.

"Every buyer has been an owner-occupier," Goldfields spokesperson Lachlan Thompson said.

It was a design partnership between JCB Architects and Hecker Guthrie.
