Only one house in Sydney's 10 cheapest weekend auction sales

There was just one house in the cheapest 10 Sydney weekend sales of last weekend.

It was a three bedroom house in Leumeah that fetched $440,000 at 13 Burns Road which sold through Richardson & Wrench Ingleburn.

The prices started at $350,000 for Liverpool unit which last traded at $270,000 in 2009, reflecting 5% annual growth.

49/4-6 Lachlan Street, Liverpool had the potential for $420 a week rental.

The nine units ranged from a studio in the Mont Clair, Darlinghurst block to three bedrooms at Greenacre.

The cheapest 10 were:

  1. Two bedroom unit Liverpool -  $350,000 

  2. Studio unit Darlinghurst - $365,000

  3. Three bedroom unit Greenacre -  $389,500 

  4. Two bedroom unit Bexley - $420,000

  5. Two bedroom unit Cabramatta -  $431,000

  6. One bedroom unit Camperdown -  $432,000

  7. Three bedroom house Leumeah - $440,000

  8. Two bedroom unit Ramsgate  - $445,000

  9. Two bedroom unit Parramatta - $447,000

  10. One bedroom unit Brighton Le Sands - $455,000
