Millionaire buyers with an inside advantage have been invited during November to a viewing platform high in One Alfred Street, Street to secure their apartment in Sydney’s latest development.

But the public sales campaign isn’t scheduled until next September, according to a newspaper report today.

Property expert Robert Booth – who oversaw construction of Burj Khalifa, the tallest building on earth – has been appointed the project director.

Millionaires with insider contacts have been emailed an e-brochure on the complex – which has now been removed from the Colliers webserver – and told they could attend the viewing platform “on a strictly invitation only basis from November 2011”.

“Situated in the heart of Circular Quay, One Alfred Street is a legacy in the making,” potential buyers have been advised in the exclusive marketing campaign.

“This 50-level development is arguably located on the best residential site in the world,” the black-covered e-brochure (pictured above) , which was put up on Property Observer on  November 11, said.

The black marketing brochure has now been removed from the public sphere.
